David Breslin

David Breslin possesses extensive experience in risk management within the pension sector, currently serving as LDI Risk Manager at the Pension Protection Fund since 2009, where oversight of the Investment Team's LDI desk is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, David held the position of LDI Risk Analyst, assisting the LDI Portfolio Manager in managing the fund's LDI Portfolio effectively. Earlier career experience includes various actuarial roles at Aon Hewitt from 2001 to 2009, including Actuary positions in the Financial Management and Policy & Process Teams, as well as experience as an Actuarial Student. David holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia, earned between 1997 and 2001.
