Joseph Gillinder has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joseph started their career at the Security Industry Authority, where they worked as a Contract Manager and later as a Procurement Manager. During their time at the BBC, they held the role of Procurement Manager - Technology Sourcing. Currently, Joseph is the Head of Commercial Services at the Pension Protection Fund, where they previously worked as a Senior Commercial Manager and Commercial Manager. Joseph's roles have involved managing procurement activities, ensuring compliance and best practices, and developing procurement strategies and document sets. Joseph has also focused on supplier relationship management, risk management, and delivering value for money from the supply chain.
Joseph Gillinder attended the University of Birmingham from 1999 to 2002. During this period, they earned a 1st Class Honours (BSc) degree in Public Policy, Government and Management.
