Maxine M. has extensive experience in communications and change management, currently serving as a Senior Communications Manager for Change and Transformation at the Pension Protection Fund since March 2018. In this role, Maxine leads communication initiatives related to IT and digital transformation, AI adoption, and HR change strategies. Previous positions include Group Internal Communication Consultant at JLT Group, where Maxine acted as a strategic adviser to the CEO, and Communications Officer at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, where Maxine developed internal communication strategies. Maxine's career also includes roles in public relations with Canon (UK) and Jamieson Farmer Public Relations Ltd., as well as editorial positions. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Therapeutic Radiography from the University of London and a Master's in Internal Communication Management from Kingston University, alongside certifications in Change Management and Coaching.
