Melanie Munro has extensive experience in the pensions sector, currently serving as the Head of Customer Resolutions, Training and Technical Services at the Pension Protection Fund since November 2008. Prior roles at the Pension Protection Fund include Customer Resolutions Manager, Scheme Delivery Consultant, Outsourcing Manager, Technical Associate, and Scheme Delivery Associate. Previously, Melanie worked at Mercer as a Client Service Manager and Principal Pensions Administrator from March 2000 to November 2008, and at Legal & General as a Pension Administrator from July 1995 to March 2000. Early career experience includes a role as Accounts Assistant and in Public Relations at Volume One Bookshops from August 1992 to July 1995. Melanie's educational background includes completing studies at Glenthorne High School from 1988 to 1992 and Christ's School from 1986 to 1988.
