Sharon Godfrey

Sharon Godfrey has a diverse work experience. Sharon started their career as an HR Manager at Athenaeum Hotel and Apartments from March 2004 to June 2006. Sharon then joined the Pension Protection Fund as an HR Business Partner from June 2006 to January 2010. Sharon advanced within the same company and became a Talent Development Manager from January 2010 until June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Organisational Development at the Pension Protection Fund from June 2022 onwards.

Sharon Godfrey's education history includes a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of Westminster, which they pursued from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, with a focus on Human Resources, at the University of Surrey from 1999 to 2001.
