Christian Riise-Knudsen

Christian Riise-Knudsen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, corporate finance, and M&A. Since April 2016, Christian has served as General Counsel and Head of Legal for Private Markets at PensionDanmark, previously holding the title of General Counsel for Alternative Investments. Christian was a member of the Board of Directors at Angel Trains Limited from March 2021 to August 2022 and worked as an Associate at Gorrissen Federspiel from September 2005 to February 2016. Additionally, Christian gained experience as Corporate Legal Counsel on secondment at GN Store Nord in 2008. Christian holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Copenhagen and has furthered legal education at the University of British Columbia and Harvard Law School.
