Dan Rasmussen

Dan Rasmussen is a Senior Tax Manager at PensionDanmark, responsible for the area of withholding taxes and the reduction of interest and dividend taxes based on tax treaties and EU law. Previously, Dan worked as a Senior Tax Specialist at Nykredit Portefølje Administration from 2015 to 2023, focusing on tax reduction strategies for investment and capital associations. With extensive experience in tax consulting and private banking, Dan held roles at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg and Danske Bank before becoming a partner at Northern Capital Denmark Ltd. Dan earned multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Taxation from CBS.
