Niels Nørgaard

Niels Nørgaard currently serves as the Presse- og kommunikationschef at PensionDanmark, where responsibilities include managing both external and internal communications within Denmark's largest labor market pension fund, focusing on investment, ESG, pensions, and insurance. Niels has previously held significant positions at TDC Group as Team Leader of Group Communications and Communications Advisor, overseeing internal and external communication during strategic transformations. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Press at the Danish Ministry of Finance, a journalist at Ritzaus Bureau, and an editor at Nyhedsbureauet Direkt A/S, among other journalistic endeavors. Niels holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Southern Denmark and has undertaken several professional development courses, including leadership training.
