Diana Pereira

Diana joined Pensionmark in 2020, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in finance, compliance and operations. Prior to joining Pensionmark, Diana served 9 years as CCO/CFO of two independent SEC-registered RIAs, where she led the implementation of enterprise-level software systems, developed company-wide operating procedures and oversaw the annual financial and compliance audits for the firm.

Her 20+ years of business start-up and management experience has seen the successful launch and growth of startups, non-profits, private equity and investment management companies, as well as hedge funds, M&A and public company activities.

Diana lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and twin boys.
