Jay Penske

Jay is the Chairman and CEO of PMC. Under his leadership, PMC has been named one of the Top 100 Private Companies in the United States. With the preeminence of its brands, which now reach more than 140 million people each month, PMC is one of the largest digital media companies in the world. Since its founding ten years ago, PMC successfully created, built, and sold the 5th largest portal (Mail.com) to United Internet, and today operates and publishes over 20 leading content websites including India.com, a digital joint venture in India with ZEEtv, India’s largest media business. Additionally, Jay owns and operates Dragon Racing, a global racing team that participates in the Formula-E racing series (www.dragonracing.com). Previously he was the Co-Founder and Chairman of Firefly Mobile Inc., and owns an antiquarian bookstore in Los Angeles (www.dragonbooks.com).

Jay is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance, Management, and Information Systems, and was formerly on the board of the Wharton Entrepreneurial School. Jay currently sits on the Board of the following companies: PMC, India.com, Penske Business Media (PBM), and Dragon Racing, LLC.
