Shelby Smith

Shelby Smith is an experienced professional in talent and organization development, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Penske Truck Leasing after previously holding positions as Manager of Talent Development and Senior Learning and Development Consultant. Shelby also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Happy Things Bowtique and completed an event planning internship at LB Floral. Additionally, Shelby gained early experience as a Student Assistant at OIT Lab Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 2016, following graduation from John Overton Comprehensive High School in 2012.
