David Hardy

David Hardy is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in military and logistics operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Penske Logistics since October 2019, David previously held key positions such as Commander of the Joint Planning Support Element at Joint Enabling Capabilities Command and Division Chief for the J-7 Deputy Directorate Joint Training at the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. David's military career includes significant roles such as Commander of the 2d Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, and Senior Trainer at the Joint Readiness Training Center, leading teams and managing operations with a focus on strategic planning and coordination. David holds a Master's Degree in National Security Policy Studies from the United States Army War College and a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
