David Topp

David Topp is an experienced sales executive with a career in logistics spanning over three decades. Since May 1990, Topp has held various positions at Penske Logistics, including Global Sales - SAE, where responsibilities involve managing complex supply chain initiatives across multiple regions, and Director of Sales, overseeing business development in the Midwest and Central Region. Topp also served as General Manager for the Western Region and Mexico border operations, focusing on daily operations, hiring, and compliance. Prior to Penske, Topp was the Terminal Manager at Leaseway Transportation from May 1983 to April 1990, managing an international freight distribution center in Laredo, Texas. Topp holds a degree from Michigan State University, completed between 1980 and 1983.
