Carol Barnett

Carol Barnett has extensive experience in contract management and project coordination, currently serving as Contract Control Manager and previously as Project Coordinator at Penspen since July 2013. Prior to this role, Carol was Office Manager at WATERSAVER LABTAPS LIMITED from February 2007 to July 2013, and held various positions at Alvaston Hall Hotel, including Recruitment and Welfare Officer and Health & Safety Administrator from December 2002 to December 2006. Earlier career experience includes working as Technical Secretary at Casburt Pharmaceutical Equipment Limited from February 1991 to May 2002, and HR Administrative Assistant at Cookson Ceramics Limited from May 1989 to February 1991. Educational qualifications include a BTEC in Front Office Operations and Institutional Studies from Cauldon College of Further Education and a CIPD CPP in Human Resources from Staffordshire Polytechnic. Carol completed secondary education at Blurton High School from 1980 to 1984.
