EL BELEN, PME, is a seasoned Sr. Rotating Equipment Engineer at Penspen, with extensive project management and discipline engineering experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector, representing ADNOC and AGOC/KJO. Since January 2013, EL BELEN has handled rotating equipment systems in both greenfield and brownfield projects, covering all phases from FEED to EPCC. Prior to this role, EL BELEN worked as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on rotating and package equipment at SK Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd from January 2012 to January 2013 and at Samsung Engineering from April 2007 to December 2011. EL BELEN holds a degree from Bicol University, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
