Adrian Merk Borsoi serves as the Chief Solutions Officer at Matter since August 2019, leading the solutions vision for the company's DaaS offerings and driving significant growth in client portfolios and partnerships. Previously, as Head of Product, Adrian architected and launched a comprehensive product ecosystem that included B2C solutions, a B2B SaaS platform, open APIs, and real-time analytics, creating a customer-centric growth engine. Prior experience includes roles at Designit, where Adrian was a Global Employee Experience Designer, transforming employee experiences, and as a Product Strategist, developing impactful product strategies for various industries. Earlier experience as Experience Design Director at Rvbstudio involved directing insights-led consumer experiences for leading brands. Adrian holds a Master's degree in Product Design Management from Institut Superieur de Design.
