Joe Boyle

Joe Boyle is the President of Regulatory Solutions at Penstock, where he brings a strong background in project management and product analysis. Previously, he held positions at Boston Medical Center and Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where he oversaw ACA FFM product management and served as a business consultant. With a diverse educational background including a Certificate of Product Management from Cornell University, an MBA Candidate from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from the University of Hartford, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role.
