Haitham Harras

CEO at Penta-b

Haitham Harras has a diverse work experience in various roles at different companies. Haitham was the Chief Executive Officer at Penta-b from January 2018 to present, where they ensured business sustainability and scalability, managed strategic accounts, and defined the sales and commercial strategy. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Penta-b from November 2016 to January 2018, responsible for establishing the company in GCC and securing enterprise projects. From December 2012 to November 2016, they served as the Business Development Manager at Penta-b, where they successfully positioned the company in the market and secured partnership and projects in KSA and UAE. Before joining Penta-b, Haitham worked at ESRI Northeast Africa from January 2010 to October 2012, holding the roles of Technical Consultant, Product Manager, and Team Leader. At ESRI, they managed product life cycles, executed product business plans, provided technical support to project teams, and managed team resources. Haitham also worked as a Senior Developer and Software Developer at ESRI, where they designed and executed GIS projects, contributed to analysis and design activities, and developed web and IVR solutions. Prior to their time at ESRI, they worked as a Software Developer at Kemet Corporation from June 2004 to May 2005, where they investigated web development techniques and implemented a police tracking solution using cold fusion.

Haitham Harras attended the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Haitham achieved a very good academic performance during their time at the institution.
