Milada Sruji

Milada Sruji is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Penta Hospitals since March 2019 and also as Chief Human Resources Officer, Milada has an extensive history in HR management, including a role as HR Director for Teva Pharmaceuticals CR, s.r.o. from January 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities encompassed all facets of Human Resources Management for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Additionally, Milada has contributed to social and private development projects since August 2018. Previous positions include Senior HR Development Consultant at Employment Express and HR Director at Ringier Axel Springer CZ, among others. Milada holds a Master's degree from Charles University, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
