Samantha Menzynski has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Samantha started their career at Epic in 2012 as a Technical Services professional, providing clients with technical solutions and guidance through system build and configuration. Samantha then moved on to the Milwaukee Center for Independence as an Application Analyst, where they trained staff on the use of the agency's Electronic Health Record system and resolved user incidents. In 2015, Samantha joined Penta Technologies, starting as a Product Specialist and later becoming a Customer Support Manager, responsible for ensuring effective customer service. Currently, they are serving as a Scrum Master at Penta Technologies, where their focus is on keeping operations smooth, finding talented future employees, and helping their team become self-managing.

Samantha Menzynski earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from Truman State University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Samantha has several certifications, including Professional Kanban I from ProKanban.org obtained in October 2021, Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org obtained in February 2020, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org obtained in August 2019, KCS v6 Practices Certification from The KCS Academy obtained in 2017, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance obtained in April 2019.
