Toby Kelley

Toby Kelley possesses extensive experience in security and training, currently serving as a Government Employee with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency since November 2016. Previous roles include Tactical Training Support Specialist and Exercise Scenario Designer with Innovative Reasoning, LLC, and CGI, respectively. Toby's background also features a Security Specialist position with CACI International Inc and a Protective Security Detail role with the United States Department of Defense. Toby's military career spans from October 2004 to December 2012 in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included Infantry Squad Leader and Combat Instructor. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Ashford University, along with a high school diploma from Gospel of Grace Christian School.
