Order Management Specialist at Pentagon Technologies

Angelika Gurunlian has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Debt Collector at Optima Sp. o.o., where they organized meetings with customers and assisted in resolving debt disputes. In 2018, they joined Blueprint Technologies as a Customer Service Specialist, providing excellent customer service for a large gaming platform and helping customers resolve technical game-related issues. Currently, they are working at Pentagon Technologies since 2022 as an Order Management Specialist, where they verify the availability and quality of orders before shipment, manages communication between departments, and resolves product-related issues.

Angelika Gurunlian attended the Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2019, where they focused on teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Management with a Major in Logistic and Sea Trade at Gdynia Maritime University. Angelika also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010.
