Harley Mason has over 30 years of work experience in various industries and roles.

From 1988 to 1994, they served in the US Marine Corps.

In 1996, they joined Olin Microelectronic Materials as a Training Supervisor, and in 1998, they became a Quality Engineer.

From 2001 to 2006, they worked at BOC Edwards Kachina as a Senior Quality Engineer.
