Elena Maifatova

Elena Maifatova has extensive work experience in the hotel industry. Elena has held various sales and marketing roles at several hotels, including Head of Corporate Sales at pentahotels since 2019, Senior Sales Manager at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts from 2013 to 2019, Sales Manager at AFI Development (Aquamarine hotel) from 2011 to 2013, Sales & Marketing Manager at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts (Holiday Inn Vinogradovo) from 2010 to 2011, and Guest Relation Manager at Golden Apple boutique hotel from 2007 to 2010.

Elena Maifatova began their education in 2002 at the Moscow Academy for Humanities and Social Studies (formerly known as Moscow Humanitarian University), where they studied Tourism. Elena completed their studies in this field in 2005. Following this, they pursued a degree in International Relations at the same institution from 2005 to 2010. Later, in 2011, Elena enrolled in German courses at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. This period of education lasted until 2013.
