Ben Varner

Ben Varner is currently the Environmental Health Safety Manager at Pentair, where they lead various compliance and safety initiatives. Previously, they served as an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor at Morgan Advanced Materials and as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Pentair. Ben has successfully managed EHS efforts, significantly reducing recordables and lost time incidents while promoting safe behaviors among employees. They are pursuing an Associate's degree in Environmental Health at The University of Akron, building on a past education in Health Care Administration/Management from the same institution.
