Karl Richter

Karl Richter is an accomplished Area EH&S Manager at Oldcastle Infrastructure, overseeing the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Region since May 2023, where expertise in promoting a proactive safety culture is utilized. In addition to a current role in the U.S. Navy Reserve as an Engineering Aide, Petty Officer Second Class, Karl has previous experience as a Quality Control Supervisor and Engineer at Gillespie Precast, ensuring compliance with DOT and quality standards. A background in maritime education includes roles as a Captain and Instructor at Annapolis School of Seamanship and Annapolis Sailing School, respectively. With a B.S. in Safety, Health and Environmental Applied Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and recognition as a Top Honor Graduate from U.S. Navy Engineering Aide "A" School, Karl exhibits a strong commitment to safety and engineering excellence across various sectors.
