Dina Mann

Dina Mann, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Pentair, overseeing HR operations for approximately 500 employees and focusing on Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Training. Prior experience includes a 20-year tenure at UL LLC, where roles progressed from Human Resources Generalist to Senior Field HR Business Partner, supporting over 250 employees across multiple locations. Dina has extensive expertise in advising on HR policies, conducting Employee Relations investigations, and implementing Performance Management strategies. An alumni of North Carolina State University, Dina holds a BS in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources.
