Gwen Bialas

Gwen Bialas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group President at Pentair since May 2025, Bialas focuses on improving water solutions through companies like Manitowoc, Everpure, and KBI. Prior to this role, Bialas was the President at The Middleby Corporation from January 2021 to May 2025, overseeing the Carter Hoffmann, Doyon, and NuVu brands.
