Heath Albers

Heath Albers is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and plant management. Currently serving as Plant Manager/Site Leader at Pentair since November 2021, Albers previously held the position of Plant Operations Manager at Johnson Controls and Plant Manager at EnerSys, where significant achievements included enhancing production by 14% and reducing scrap by 8.5%. Albers also served as Regional Operations Manager for Amerimax Coated Products, overseeing two facilities and driving revenue growth to over $100M. With a career beginning in material control, Albers has gained extensive experience across various roles, including process engineering and continuous improvement, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
