Jennifer Hensley

Jennifer Hensley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and auditing. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller at Pentair since November 2012, Jennifer leads a team of six direct reports and oversees a global organization of over 250 professionals responsible for various accounting functions, including external reporting and SOX compliance. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at KPMG from September 2000 to November 2012 as a Senior Manager, focusing on audit services in the banking, real estate, and consumer markets sectors, with significant expertise in financial statement audits and SEC reporting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Iowa State University, earned in 2000.
