Jonah Shen

Jonah Shen is an experienced operations leader with a notable career spanning multiple organizations. As the Director of Operations at Pentair from 2005 to 2024, Jonah Shen has demonstrated adeptness in driving business performance through strategic oversight of operational functions and collaboration with executive leadership. Prior to this role, Jonah Shen implemented quality control measures and ensured product quality while serving as Director of Operations. As an Operations Manager, Jonah Shen successfully led the relocation of a plant from El Monte to Chino, CA, completing the project on time and within budget. Earlier experience includes optimizing operational processes at Rain Bird as Production/Maintenance/Facility Manager, yielding significant cost reductions and project management success. Additionally, Jonah Shen served as Chief Administrative Officer in the US Navy, managing a substantial budget and fostering multinational collaboration.
