Lydia S.

Lydia S. possesses a diverse background in human resources and lacrosse, currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist and previously as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Pentair since July 2019. With experience as an Athlete and World Champion for Lacrosse Canada since September 2012, Lydia has also contributed as a lacrosse coach for MN ELITE GIRLS LACROSSE CLUB INC from 2014 to July 2024 and as an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Concordia University-St. Paul from August 2018 to September 2020. Lydia's accomplishments as a Professional Lacrosse Player in the Women's Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL) from June 2018 to July 2020 complement a strong athletic background as a NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Athlete and Captain during tenure at the University of Southern California, where Lydia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, experience as a Talent Specialist at Avenica and participation as a Student Athlete underscore a commitment to both professional development and sports excellence.
