Vanessa Galvan

Vanessa Galvan, CSP, AFIS, currently serves as the Environmental Health and Safety Global Segment Leader for North America and the Industrial Flow Technology Division at Pentair, where responsibilities include leading and implementing EHS strategic plans across North American facilities and interacting with executive leaders to enhance organizational performance. Prior to this, Vanessa held the position of Corporate Safety and Health Manager and National Agriculture S&H Leader at Zenith Insurance Company, focusing on training and developing safety consultants nationwide. Vanessa also contributed to Chiquita Brands International as a Regional Safety & Security Manager, where efforts centered on transforming safety culture in food manufacturing. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Bonipak Produce, where Vanessa developed HR policies and managed various personnel processes. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
