Robin Gould-Soil has a diverse work experience in privacy and information security roles. Robin is currently serving as the Chief Privacy Officer at Pentavere since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the President of RGS Management Consulting Services starting from September 2019. Before that, they held the position of Head of Conduct and Chief Privacy Officer at HSBC Canada from February 2016 to August 2019. Robin also worked as the Director of Privacy and Access, CPO, and Chair of ConnectingGTA Privacy and Information Security committee at University Health Network from July 2012 to January 2016. Additionally, they served as the Chief Privacy Officer at Toronto Dominion Bank from April 2008 to April 2012. Robin also had a role at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the Director of PIPEDA - Executive Interchange Program from June 2010 to December 2011. Their career began in 1984 at TDBFG, where they held various positions in technology, retail, wealth, and several corporate areas before becoming the Senior Manager of Privacy, DNCL, and Diversity from June 2000 to April 2008.

Robin Gould-Soil attended Ryerson University from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a degree in Business (BBM). In terms of additional certifications, they have completed the OneTrust Assessment Automation Expert program at OneTrust in September 2020. They are also pursuing certifications in the Certified Data Privacy Solution Engineer (CDPSE) and the Certified Information Privacy Professional - Canada (CIPP/C), although the dates of completion for these certifications have not been provided.
