Charlie Wilson

Charlie Wilson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Charlie worked at Pentec Health as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided strategic direction and executive leadership for all HR practices and programs. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant County Health Department Director at the Florida DOH, Volusia County Health Department, overseeing multiple departments and programs. Earlier in their career, at Yale New Haven Hospital, Charlie held positions such as Director of Workforce Diversity and Human Resources, Director of Administrative Services, and various other positions of increasing responsibility over a span of 25 years. In these roles, they managed diverse departments, supervised large teams, and was responsible for budgets and operational objectives.

Charlie Wilson completed their Doctor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources at Walden University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration/Human Resources from the University of New Haven in 1990.
