Judith Serafin currently serves as Sales Training Manager at Pentec Health since September 2023. Prior to this role, Judith held the position of Director of Leadership Development at Anixter from August 2018 to March 2023 and worked as Learning and Development Executive at the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) in early 2018. Judith's experience also includes a tenure at Shire as Head of Learning & Development Medical Affairs, where a significant change management program was created during the integration of Baxalta. At Baxalta, Judith was instrumental in developing a strategic leadership training program that resulted in complete participant promotions. Judith began professional training at Abbott Laboratories as Global Sales Training Director and had a pivotal role at Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals as National Sales Trainer, where Judith oversaw key product launches and continual education for thousands of sales representatives. Judith holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from the University of St. Francis.
