Kesha Gaskin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kesha started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Powhatan County- Commissioner of the Revenue in 2003, where they assisted customers with inquiries and verified personal property and real estate records. Kesha then worked as a Deputy Clerk at Chesterfield Circuit Court- Criminal & Deed Recording Divisions from 2005 to 2010, performing various duties and creating case files.

In 2011, they transitioned to a Contract Paralegal role at Baron & Budd, P.C., supporting attorneys and paralegals in asbestos law practices. Kesha provided legal administrative support and drafted legal memorandums. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an HR Assistant at Therakos, Inc., scheduling interviews, managing candidate reimbursements, and administering corporate cards.

Kesha joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, formerly Therakos, Inc., as an HR Generalist (Analyst) in 2015. Kesha was later promoted to HR Manager, Learning & Performance, and then to HR Business Partner Director. In these roles, they provided managerial coaching, consulted on employee relations matters, and served as a liaison for strategic initiatives.

Throughout their career, Kesha has demonstrated strong skills in HR, learning and development, recruitment, and administration.

Kesha Gaskin has an MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Management from Longwood University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Their secondary education was completed at Powhatan High School from 1995 to 1999. Recently, Kesha has earned additional certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from HRTrainingClasses.com® and Internal Investigations from the HR Training Center, both in 2021.
