Steven brings extensive pharmaceutical and biotechnology company sales leadership experience in the hospital, government, and specialty markets. Prior to joining Pentec, he held leadership positions with Eli Lilly, Aventis, and EMD Serono. Throughout his career, Steven has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully created high performing sales teams who consistently exceeded objectives.
Since joining Pentec in 2013, Steven has held multiple sales leadership roles in the Targeted Drug Delivery division and has led the sales team to record numbers of new patient referrals. As the SVP of the Renal Sales and TDD Sales divisions, he is responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales objectives; including strategic planning, fiscal management, and coordination of all national sales functions. He is also responsible for evaluating and developing new lines of business, and collaborating with cross-functional department leaders to maximize business unit annual contribution.
Steven earned a BS in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska, and completed graduate work in the MBA program at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
