Victor Decandia

Victor DeCandia, PhD, CSP, CHMM, serves as the Corporate Head (Senior Director) of Engineering, CQV, and EHS at Pentec Health since February 2017. With extensive experience in environmental health and safety, Victor has held key positions such as Head of EHS for OHM LABS, INC., Corporate Manager of EHS at Kimber Mfg., Inc., and Senior Manager of EHS at Alpharma. Victor began a career in project engineering at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Academically, Victor holds a PhD in Environmental and Occupational Health from Rutgers University, an MS in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MBA in Management from Seton Hall University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
