Since July 2015, Elana has served as a Client Representative at Pentegra Retirement Services, specializing in defined contribution plan management. Prior experience includes working as a Benefits Analyst at Curtiss-Wright Corporation from June 2004 to March 2014, overseeing a variety of health and welfare plans and an employee stock purchase plan for over 8,000 employees. Earlier roles include serving as a Pension Compliance Professional at Milliman and as an Analyst for Defined Contribution Plans at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes, demonstrating a strong foundation in benefits management and compliance.
