Lance's extensive background at Nationwide Financial from 1998 to 2009 included various leadership roles such as VP of Finance and Segment CFO, VP of Operations & Client Service, Product Development Officer for Retirement Plans, and Vice President and General Manager. Lance Kesterson holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business (1993-1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from The Ohio State University (1980-1986).
