Lars G. Ernst has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and financial services. Currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Compliance at Pentegra Retirement Services since April 2015, Lars has progressed through various roles, including Assistant Vice President and Director in the same field. Prior to Pentegra, Lars held the position of Vice President of Sales & Trading at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, Inc., focusing on high-yield distressed and structured credit trading from September 2009 to April 2015. Lars also gained experience as a Senior Associate in Operations at SS&C GlobeOp and as a Client Service Associate at UBS Wealth Management. Lars holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
