Louise Sutton has a diverse work experience. Louise started their career as an Internal Sales Administrator at Server Parts Ltd in 2015, where they gained significant responsibility and autonomy in carrying out various administrative tasks. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Office Manager at Ware247 Ltd, a small IT company specializing in infrastructure products. In this role, they used Sage 50 accounts for purchase and sales orders, invoices, and followed RMA procedures. Most recently, they joined Pentest People in 2020 as a Finance Manager.

Louise Sutton completed their Bachelor of Business and Human Resource Management degree at Sheffield Hallam University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC Level 3 Qualification in Hospitality from York College, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Louise received their MAAT certification from the AAT and became an Affiliate CIPD Member through the CIPD in July 2016. Louise also acquired the CIMA Dip MA (Operational Level) certification from CIMA in November 2021 and obtained the CIMA Adv Dip MA (Management Level) certification in February 2023. Currently, Louise is pursuing a degree at CIMA, starting in 2021 and expected to be completed by 2024.
