Don Parsons

Don Parsons has over 20 years of work experience in venture capital and other related roles. Don began their career in 2000 as the Managing Director of Strategos Ventures, LLC, an angel investment company focused on private investments in technology companies and venture capital funds. In 2002, they founded and became the Managing Director of Appian Ventures. In 2004, they became a Board Director and Investor at Oxlo Systems. From 2012 to present, they have been a Partner at Liberty Global Ventures. In 2016, they became a Board Director and Venture Capital Investor at Frequency Networks Inc. In 2017, they became a Board Observer and Venture Capital Investor at Samba TV, a Board Director and Venture Capital Investor at Penthera, and a Venture Capital Investor at HelloTech Inc. In 2021, they became a Venture Capital Investor at Zeotap. Most recently, they became a Venture Capital Investor at Nova Labs/ Helium in 2022.

Don Parsons attended Cranbrook Schools from 1974 to 1978. Don then attended Phillips Academy from 1978 to 1980. Don then attended Northwestern University from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a BS in Electrical Engineering. Don then attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy.
