Mark Lee

Mark Lee has over 30 years of work experience in software engineering and development. Mark began their career in 1986 as the Director of Information Systems at Home Nursing Agency, where they implemented the Agency's first in-house computer system and acted as a liaison between the Agency and hardware, software, and telecommunication vendors. In 1988, they began working at Minitab, Inc. as a Software Architect, where they designed and developed commercial data analysis software and mentored development staff on software best practices. In 1996, they worked at Enron Energy Services as a Software Engineer, where they created new functionality for an energy management and energy accounting application called FASER. In 2016, they worked at AgIntegrated, Inc. as a Consulting Software Architect, where they developed microservices using Azure Function Apps and Service Bus to receive and analyze grower/farm/field data. Lastly, in 2018, they began working at ARGOLYTICS as a Consulting Software Architect, where they were responsible for selecting technologies, languages, and infrastructure to build applications for statistical process and quality control. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Penthera, where they design and implements features for an SDK that manages downloads of very large (GB-sized) video from the cloud to iOS and Android mobile devices, develops and documents tutorials for customers demonstrating SDK features and programming best practices, assists support staff with customer questions and diagnosing mission critical issues, and provides prototypes and proof of concept applications to management supporting development of new products and features.

Mark Lee attended Wake Forest University from 1979 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Business. Mark then attended Penn State University from 1983 to 1985, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Mathematics.
