Kürşat Alp Yiğit

Kürşat Alp Yiğit has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kürşat Alp is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Penti, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Arçelik Global, where they held various roles including Director of IT Governance and Group Manager of IT Governance from 2020 to 2023.

From 2018 to 2020, Kürşat served as the Digital Strategy and Project Portfolio Management Director at Yıldız Holding. Kürşat Alp was responsible for improving portfolio management processes, reviewing project demands, and supporting RFP and contract approvals. Kürşat Alp also created and improved digital strategy review processes and project portfolio roadmaps, monitored and reported on key projects, and supported digital delivery.

Before that, Kürşat worked at pladis Global as the IS Director - Global Lead, IS Enterprise PMO from 2016 to 2019, where they provided oversight and support for global and regional IT project initiatives. At Yıldız Holding, they served as the IT PMO / Global CIO Office from 2015 to 2016 and as an IT Manager for the Sales Business Unit from 2013 to 2015.

Kürşat's earlier experiences include working as an IT Manager at Vialand from 2013 to 2013, as a Software Supervisor at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2013, as a Senior Software Engineer and Junior Software Engineer at Is Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S. from 2000 to 2006, as a DBA in the military from 2004 to 2005, and as a Software Developer at A&D Interactive from 1999 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Kürşat has demonstrated expertise in IT governance, project portfolio management, digital strategy, and software development.

Kürşat Alp Yiğit attended Ali Dilmen Lisesi from 1992 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi from 1995 to 2000.
