MacIde Özyaşar Teoman

Macide Özyaşar Teoman has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits management. Macide started their career at Kipas Holding in 2004 as the Director of Human Resources, where they focused on recruiting new talent and ensuring smooth and efficient processes for personnel movement and payroll. In 2015, they joined Penti, initially working as a Senior Compensation & Benefit Manager before being promoted to HR Director - Talent Acquisition and Compensation in 2023. Their role at Penti involves overseeing talent acquisition strategies and managing compensation and benefits for the company.

Macide Özyaşar Teoman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's degree in Accounting from Istanbul University from 2002 to 2004. Macide is currently pursuing their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management at Marmara University.
