Lacy Gifford began their career at Kordsa Global as a Spinning Technician, responsible for managing eight machines to produce high-quality industrial strength nylon. Currently, at Pentius, Lacy serves as the VP of IT Operations, overseeing daily operations, collaborating with various departments, and managing a team of project managers, programmers, testers, and server administrators. In their role as the Director of Customer Relations, Lacy led a team of 30 employees and managed both work-from-home and physical call centers, with a strong focus on ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Lacy Gifford spearheaded the development of operations for a telecommute call center hosting over 300 seats.
