Glen Calloway

Glen Calloway is an experienced Footwear Design and Product Development Manager at Pentland Brands since January 2018, leading design and development for prominent brands such as Canterbury, Berghaus, and Endura. With a solid background in product development, Glen has managed various roles, overseeing footwear and equipment projects across multiple brands, including the successful launch of Endura's first footwear range for SS22. Previous experience includes senior positions at Berghaus Ltd, where Glen managed the footwear range and mentored junior developers, as well as serving as a Senior Footwear Designer for brasher. Glen began a career in design as an Industrial Designer and Architectural Model Maker after earning a degree in Transportation Design from Northumbria University.
