Max Gold

Max Gold is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across reputable organizations. Currently serving as VP EMEA Finance at Pentland Brands since August 2025, Max previously held the position of Senior Finance Business Partner - Trading at John Lewis & Partners from April 2018 to August 2025, where responsibilities included business partnering with the Trading Director to enhance trading performance through strategic initiatives and analysis. Prior to this, Max worked at Direct Line Group in multiple finance partner roles from January 2014 to March 2018, focusing on managing costs and driving operational improvements. Max's career began with auditing at PwC, providing expertise in the Insurance and Investment division, and early experience in customer service at John Lewis. Max holds an ACA qualification from Kaplan Financial and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
